With over 10 years of front-office experience as an administrative professional and more than three decades in customer service, Serena understands the importance of organization, communication, and putting clients first.
As a 1996 graduate of Auburn University at Montgomery, Serena holds a BS in Business Administration and an MS in Special Education from Nova Southeastern University. She is also a former high school business educator and a proud Air Force spouse, now retired from military life; experiences that have shaped her strong work ethic, adaptability, and commitment to service. Her commitment to service lead her to one of her first professional accomplishments as a realtor by earning her Military Relocation Professional (MRP) credential. Becoming a MRP allows her to prioritize and serve those who serve others-military members, firefighters, healthcare professionals, first responders, and educators, by offering a reward for their service as Local Heroes; an extension of the Military on the Move (MOM ) program offered through ARC.
All of Serena's professional and personal experiences, combined with her lifelong passion for beautiful homes, communities, and helping people find where they belong, naturally led her to a career in real estate.
